Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of masspublish.app and every service, feature and application operated by MassPublish.

Last updated June 17, 2026

  • Your content stays yours
  • Cancel a subscription any time
  • No spam, nothing illegal or infringing
  • Each network’s own rules apply too

1. Agreement to terms

Using the site or MassPublish means you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and applicable laws. If you disagree with any part, stop using the service.

2. Accounts and security

Give accurate details, keep your password private, take responsibility for activity on your account and tell us at once about any unauthorized use.

3. Social networks and APIs

Connecting a network authorizes MassPublish, through official OAuth, to publish on your behalf as you direct. You follow each platform’s terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service (opens in a new tab) and the Google Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab). Networks change their APIs often; MassPublish is not liable for interruptions or delays they cause.

4. Prohibited content

No spam or duplicate automated posts; no illegal material, hate speech, harassment, threats, defamation or graphic violence; nothing that infringes others’ rights; no malware or phishing.

5. Fees and cancellation

MassPublish is a paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly and renewed automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time in Settings; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Yearly payments can be refunded in full within 14 days of the charge; the plan then ends at once. Other payments are non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise. Prepaid X credits can be used only while your plan is active and expire when it ends.

6. Intellectual property

You keep full ownership of what you publish. MassPublish code, design and brand marks belong to MassPublish Corp.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is and as available. MassPublish is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including those caused by changes to third-party platforms or by others gaining access to your credentials.

8. Suspension and termination

Accounts that break these Terms or platform policies may be suspended or closed; credentials and tokens are then deleted.

9. Changes to terms

When these Terms change, the “Last updated” date changes. Continuing to use MassPublish means you accept the new version.

10. Governing law

The laws of the jurisdiction where MassPublish Corp. is registered apply.
